The Landings is a gated community, nestled in downtown Longwood, that takes pride in its abundance of lush trees and species of birds. The Landings has resort-like amenities right here at home.
Our volunteer Board of Directors and Specialty Management Company work side by side to see that our common areas and amenities stay both attractive and well maintained. Our Property Manager at Specialty is Rachel Wood, 407-647-2622.
Homeowners are encouraged to sign into the Specialty Management portal to pay their dues, find violations if any, and other information regarding their property.
