Our Pool Cabana can be reserved for a party by any resident.
Cost: $25 Service Charge
plus a $50 Deposit, which will be refunded if pool area is left in a “Clean and Orderly Manner”
NO CABANA PARTIES WITHOUT A RESERVATION.
NO CABANA PARTIES ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (except HOA sponsored resident parties.)
