We pay the City of Longwood for our water, curb side service, and storm water drainage.
Garbage cans should not be put out until the evening before a scheduled pickup, and should be put away as soon as possible. Due to bear sightings in The Landings from time to time, we suggest that garbage not be left outside the garage. Click here for more information.

Holiday Collection Schedule: solid waste and yard waste collection services and recycling collection services will NOT be provided on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. Normal services will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
Be cautious about pets allowed outside on their own. Cats have disappeared with no trace, and Coyotes have been sighted on EE Williamson, in Coventry, Shadow Hill, Huntington Landing, Trilby Bend and near the SunRail station on Church.
