One of our amenities is our Entrance Gate. At the console, your visitor can look up your name and the console will call your phone. When you answer your phone, pressing “9” opens the gate for your visitor. A visitor can also use your access code at the console.
The exit gate opens automatically as a car approaches the gate. Please drive slowly to allow sensors to work.
Note that The Landings has video surveillance monitors at our front entry and exit gates.
For your own entry, you need an inexpensive 300 Mhz 10 dip switch Multi-Code model opener. To get the dip switch settings to program a new remote opener, contact property management. Or purchase from Access Reliability who will program it for you.
If you are new to the community. please contact property management to add your name to the gate console and to obtain your own personal entry code.
